NOW HIRING: Infection Preventionist - LPN Complete Care – North Jersey, NJ Applicants must reside in the North Jersey area. Hours: Full‑time (1st Shift) with weekend on‑call (depends on nursing dept needs and DOH requirements) Salary: $105K–$115K/year (based on licensure and experience) Interview: In‑person, 30‑minute, between 2 pm and 4 pm (Mon‑Fri) Position Summary: The Infection Preventionist – LPN plans, implements, and evaluates infection control and prevention programs in a long‑term care setting to ensure the safety and well‑being of residents, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities Able to accommodate evolving job/facility needs and demands Infection control program development Education and training Surveillance and monitoring Outbreak management Compliance and auditing Environmental safety Investigation and reporting Quality improvement Qualifications IP certification a must Excellent Excel spreadsheet knowledge and MDROS experience Active/valid LPN license in NJ a must Bachelor’s degree in nursing Prior experience in infection prevention in a healthcare or long‑term care setting Strong knowledge of infectious diseases, infection control practices, and regulatory requirements Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team Up‑to‑date knowledge of best practices in infection prevention Complete Care is an equal‑opportunity employer.
