Ability to maintain restaurant condition and comply with policies and health standards. Experience ensuring food quality and freshness. Ability to interpret P&L and store reports to implement improvements. Proficiency in computer skills, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel. High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of restaurant management experience.
