Office located in West SeattleWhat We OfferDispatch from homeNo on-call scheduleFlexible scheduling and paid time offMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insuranceCompany-matched retirement planCompany truck and fuel card, as applicable to the roleTraining and opportunities for career growthA lively, efficient workplace that values work-life balanceWhat You'll DoResponsibilities will vary by position and level of experience and may include:Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential propertiesInspect and test plumbing systems for safety, code compliance, and functionalityTroubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend effective solutionsPrepare cost estimates and clearly explain options to customersCollect payment for completed services when requiredFollow through on job-related issues and communicate with DispatchStay informed about company promotions and pricingMaintain a clean, safe, and professional work environmentAttend training classes and seminars to maintain and expand your field expertiseApprentices will support licensed professionals, develop hands-on skills, and record qualifying hours as requiredQualificationsQualifications will vary by position. We welcome experienced licensed professionals as well as apprentices developing their careers.Active and valid plumbing or apprentice license, where required for the roleRecorded apprentice hours with Washington State Labor & Industries (L&I), where applicablePlumbing, installation, mechanical, or related trade experience appropriate to the positionMechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skillsValid driver's license and insurable driving recordAbility to work independently and manage responsibilities effectivelyPositive, adaptable, and professional attitudeStrong customer service, communication, and listening skillsComfort using technology required for field workAbility to build trust with customers and recommend solutions that meet their plumbing needsWillingness to complete a background check and drug screeningPhysical Demands and Working ConditionsWork is performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, including high temperatures, snow, and other inclement weather. The role may require working at heights, on ladders, on rooftops, and in confined spaces.
