Work you'll do

As a Senior Manager, Functional Transformation on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for…
Lead finance transformation engagements focused on financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, management reporting, and analytics.Advise clients on finance operating model design, process improvement, and technology-enabled transformation across finance and global business services functions.Drive the design and implementation of data, reporting, and performance management solutions that improve decision-making and business insight.Manage client relationships, project workstreams, deliverable quality, and engagement economics across multiple priorities.Coach and develop teams while contributing to practice growth through solution development, pursuit support, and knowledge sharing.

The team
Deloitte’s Finance Transformation offering helps finance and global business services leaders navigate an increasingly challenging environment marked by disruptive tech like AI, market uncertainty, and regulatory change, and recognize the opportunity to better serve the enterprise, shareholders, customers, and regulators.
Within the Finance Transformation offering, our Business Finance team helps drive strategic value through financial planning, forecasting, and analytics capabilities. By leveraging next-gen processes, scalable data platforms, and AI, our team delivers accurate, timely, and actionable insights.

Qualifications

Required:
Bachelor’s degree8+ years of experience implementing Oracle EPM6+ years of experience leading project workstreams or client engagements6+ years of experience with finance transformation, business finance, financial planning and analysis, or enterprise performance managementAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
Master of Business Administration, Master of Finance, Master of Accounting, or Master of ScienceCertified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst, or Project Management Professional certification3+ years of experience with AI-enabled finance use cases, predictive forecasting, or driver-based planning3+ years of experience with finance operating model design or global business services transformation2+ years of experience with proposal support or business development activities2+ years of experience leading teams of 5+ professionals
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $163,400 to $322,100.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
