We're seeking motivated Remote Customer Service Representatives / Client Benefits Representatives to build long-term client relationships through scheduled Zoom appointments . In this fully remote role, you'll answer questions, explain benefit options, and provide outstanding customer service—all from the comfort of your home.

No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and licensing guidance to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone.

• Provide exceptional customer service and professional client support.

• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options.

• Guide clients through the enrollment process.

• Build long-term client relationships through trust and personalized service.

• Maintain accurate client documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer proficiency and reliable high-speed internet.

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administrative support, or sales is welcomed but not required.
