Senior Associate / Partner – Corporate and Commercial Transactions Needed for Growing Full Service Law Firm!! Jobot Job is hosted by: Bryce Koelsch Salary: $275,000 - $500,000 per year We are a growing full service law firm employing some of the best attorneys in the area. We are currently on the search for a Senior Associate / Partner – Corporate and Commercial Transactions to join our team with a proven background in M&A and Commercial Transactions! (Firm pays for 95% of monthly premium of medical for employee) 401k plan! Job Details Degree from accredited law school Admitted to NY Bar and licensed to practice 10+ years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, or a related practice area Book of business is a big plus but not required Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
