We're looking for a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician who knows how to diagnose, communicate, and fix systems the right way.

What You'll Do

✔ Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
✔ Perform maintenance and system evaluations
✔ Clearly explain findings and solutions to homeowners
✔ Identify system replacement opportunities (when appropriate)
✔ Deliver clean, professional, well-documented service
✔ Turn over qualified leads to our Comfort Advisors

Compensation

• $75,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
• Competitive performance based pay

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check
• EPA certification required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Schedule

• Full-time
• Overtime available during peak season
• Rotating on-call (as needed)
