Job Title Clinical Pharmacist Specialist Employment Details Job Type: Regular; Company: Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center; Department: Pharmacy; Time Type: Full time; Weekly Hours: 40; FTE: 1; Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Summary Assumes responsibility for medication management for a core group of patients. Starting base salary: $138,234 (includes a geographic differential of $6,007). Full comprehensive benefits package included. Qualifications License to practice as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of New York Doctor of Pharmacy degree; or Master’s degree and the equivalent of one (1) year of full-time clinical pharmacy or pharmacy-related experience; or Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time clinical pharmacy or pharmacy-related experience. Incumbents must be credentialed as a member of the organization Medical Staff (Allied Health Professional) within four months of date of hire as a condition of continued employment. Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or be recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
