Regulatory Analyst

To support the Colorado Public Utilities Commission's initiatives, the full-time Regulatory Analyst will track proceedings, review and draft testimony, and engage stakeholders while working in a hybrid environment with at least one day in the office each week. Key responsibilities Track new and ongoing PUC proceedings and participate in case teams Review and summarize testimony for leadership, identifying key issues and making recommendations Conduct stakeholder engagement to build coalitions and participate in regulatory discussions Required qualifications 1 to 4 years of experience in public utilities regulation or transportation electrification Knowledge of the utility sector and experience with quantitative analysis of energy issues Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite High level of initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team
