About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 24 months PCU experience with recent experience in the last 12 months License: Active license to practice verified within the last 30 days Certifications: Active ACLS certification from approved vendor Active BLS certification from approved vendor Must-Have: No hits on state license to practice Driver's license to verify residency Previous travel experience is required Description: The Resource Float Pool is a diversely skilled team that provides support where necessary. The team may float to various units that care for adult health patients, ranging from Observation to Intermediate Care. Travelers may be floated to different units during their contract, which may include expanded spaces in Emergency Departments or Post-Anesthesia Care Units. Candidates must be flexible with locations and shifts. A cover page outlining criteria the candidate is willing to accept is required. RTO cannot exceed seven days. No RTO is allowed during the first week of assignment. Candidates need to list all facilities they are willing to work in and specify departments they are experienced in. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to accept the assignment. Please note that compliance requirements must be strictly adhered to.
