If you’re looking for a place where your career and quality of life can thrive, Aultman Hospital is the place to be.Key Responsibilities:Patient Load: Average of 16.82 patients per day.Admissions: Typically handle one admission per day, with a full-time swing shift physician covering most daytime admissions.Procedures: Closed ICU. No procedures required. Ultrasound available for POCUS, which is reimbursed per procedure as an additional income opportunity.Team Structure:Work within a strong, collaborative team that includes: 9 Physicians and 4 Nurse Practitioners rounding daily.A Medical Director onsite.An RN Executive Director.2 RN Care Coordinators.2 Administrative Assistants.Meetings # Events:Brief 15-minute daily huddle M-F to discuss census, care needs, etc.Division meetings every 6-8 weeks to discuss group performance, challenges, and initiatives.An annual offsite event for team socialization and group discussion.A yearly holiday party in December to foster camaraderie.Workplace Culture:Strong Sense of Team: Our hospitalist group prides itself on a collaborative and supportive environment where each member’s voice is valued.Transparency: We believe in transparency, sharing all feedback and metrics—both positive and negative—with the entire team.
