L&D Program Manager
Immediate need for a talented L&D Program Manager. This is a 02+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid).
Job ID:26-24825 Pay Range: $75 - $90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee program execution for safety and role-critical training.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders and SMEs to scope new course requests and curate relevant and impactful source content.
- Design and maintain structured learning paths that align with technician job roles, business requirements, and compliance mandates enabling clear learning progression and workforce readiness.
- Own the deployment of courses to the LMS including learner assignment, deadline setting, review cadences, and refresh timelines in alignment with business stakeholders and SMEs.
