Commercial Litigation Attorney
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Salary: $200,000 - $250,000/year

What You'll Do- Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Handle pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout litigation proceedings.
- Develop and execute litigation strategies for sophisticated business disputes.
- Conduct legal research and prepare motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
- Participate in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
- Handle appellate matters and briefing when applicable.
- Supervise and mentor attorneys and legal support staff.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional legal service.
- Provide leadership in case management and litigation strategy.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active Pennsylvania law license.
- 8+ years of commercial litigation experience.
- Experience independently managing complex litigation matters.
- First-chair trial experience strongly preferred.
- Appellate litigation experience highly desirable.
- Exposure to tort litigation matters.
- Experience leading and supervising litigation teams.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Exceptional legal writing, research, advocacy, and analytical abilities.
- Strong academic credentials.
