Commercial Litigation Attorney

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Salary: $200,000 - $250,000/year

• Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Handle pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout litigation proceedings.
• Develop and execute litigation strategies for sophisticated business disputes.
• Conduct legal research and prepare motions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
• Participate in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
• Handle appellate matters and briefing when applicable.
• Supervise and mentor attorneys and legal support staff.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional legal service.
• Provide leadership in case management and litigation strategy.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Pennsylvania law license.
• 8+ years of commercial litigation experience.
• Experience independently managing complex litigation matters.
• First-chair trial experience strongly preferred.
• Appellate litigation experience highly desirable.
• Exposure to tort litigation matters.
• Experience leading and supervising litigation teams.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Exceptional legal writing, research, advocacy, and analytical abilities.
• Strong academic credentials.
