Interim Plant Manager

Think is seeking a highly experienced Interim Plant Manager to lead a critical turnaround initiative for a manufacturing site in Georgia. On-site presence expected weekly in Georgia. This is a high-priority, immediate need driven by ongoing operational and financial underperformance. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in stabilizing operations, executing a turnaround plan, and leading the site through a critical transition period. Key Responsibilities Provide hands‑on leadership of day‑to‑day plant operations across a 24/7 production environment Execute and drive turnaround initiatives developed in partnership with an external consulting firm Stabilize the workforce, rebuild morale, and establish operational discipline Lead performance improvements across safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) Assess organizational structure, identify gaps, and implement process and efficiency improvements Support strategic decision‑making, including long‑term viability of the site Profile & Experience 10-20+ years of manufacturing and plant operations leadership experience Proven track record in turnaround, restructuring, or underperforming environments Experience in continuous process manufacturing preferred Strong leadership presence with the ability to engage teams, drive accountability, and influence stakeholders Excellent communication skills, with experience reporting into global or matrixed organizations Hands‑on, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves operator with a pragmatic, execution‑focused mindset Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and protected veteran status #J-18808-Ljbffr Think Consulting
