Axiom Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Customer Service Representative. We are looking for someone with strong experience in international logistics, shipping coordination, and freight management. Responsibilities Coordinate domestic and international shipments Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customers regarding shipment status and delivery updates Prepare and review shipping documentation, invoices, and customs-related paperwork Track shipments and resolve logistics or transportation issues in a timely manner Provide excellent customer service while maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently Maintain records related to freight, shipping schedules, and inventory movement Qualifications Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or supply chain coordination Strong background in international shipping and freight coordination required Experience working with import/export documentation is preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficient with Microsoft Office and logistics/shipping systems Pay: 22/ Hour IND108 #J-18808-Ljbffr
