Clinical Performance RN - Quality & Discharge Improvement

Sound Physicians

Sound Physicians in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Clinical Performance Nurse (CPN) to influence care delivery and drive improvements that elevate patient outcomes. This leadership-focused role does not require direct patient care but requires strong clinical knowledge in an acute care hospital setting. You’ll partner with clinicians to advance quality and discharge planning.
