Maintenance Technician

Location: Lincolnton, NC

Shift: 3rd Shift (Mon-Fri, 11PM-7AM

Pay: $28 a hour based off experience.

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support overnight operations and keep production running smoothly. Ideal candidates bring a strong troubleshooting mindset and confidence working across electrical, mechanical, and PLC systems.

• Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and PLC troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Diagnose and repair equipment issues in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
• Complete and track work orders using CMMS systems
• Support preventive maintenance and continuous improvement efforts

• What You Bring

• Handson experience with electrical maintenance and mechanical repair
• Strong PLC troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms
• Reliability, teamwork, and readiness for consistent nightshift work
