Description
Purpose: To monitor and track clients' progress of assigned caseload. To provide individual and group outpatient counseling services for an assigned caseload of clients.
Supervision Received: Receives direct supervision from the Manager, Outpatient Mental Health.
Supervision Exercised: N/A
Qualifications: M.A./M.S./M.Ed. in the Social Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field; at least 2 years experience in the MH/MR field. Prior experience in an outpatient setting helpful. Good communication skills. Good writing (documentation) skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of mental health systems and supports.

Masters or better in Social Services or related field.
Experience
2 years: At least 2 years experience in the MH/MR field. Prior experience in an outpatient setting helpful.
