Job Responsibilities Manage active family law case files from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, affidavits, discovery, and correspondence Organize and analyze financial and income documents Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and experts Maintain case deadlines and ensure procedural compliance Utilize Clio and other firm technology to manage workflow efficiently Our Ideal Candidate Has 5+ years of prior paralegal experience (family law experience preferred) Demonstrates exceptional written and verbal communication skills Is highly organized and detail-oriented Shows sincere interest in supporting families through divorce and transition Works proactively and independently while being an "Always Team" contributor Embraces growth, feedback, and professional development A paralegal certificate or degree is not required for experienced candidates.
