We are currently looking for a motivated professional to step into a Mobile Service Coordinator role to ensure our high standards of accuracy and efficiency are met every day.

Barber Ford is seeking an experienced  Mobile Service Coordinator to join our team in Holland. This is a critical role that acts as the liaison between the mobile service department, service advisors, technicians and parts department. Responsible for scheduling and coordinating Ford Mobile Service appointments while keeping technicians and mobile service vehicles productive.

The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in automotive dealership and service operations. They excel at organizing, communicating and multi-tasking within a team-oriented and proactive Automotive Dealership.

• Full-time

Schedule

• Monday through Friday  8AM-5PM
• No Saturday and Sundays

Work Requirements 

• Active Driver’s License is a requirement.
• Ability to commute to Holland, MI.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Previous experience in automotive dealership customer service and scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule Mobile Service appointments.
• Make outbound calls for recalls, maintenance, and eligible Mobile Service opportunities.
• Keep the Mobile Service schedule full and minimize technician downtime.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, and Customers.
• Monitor cancellations and fill open appointment times.
• Communicate appointment details and changes to technicians and customers.
• Follow up on missed appointments and unscheduled opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer and appointment information.
• Track Mobile Service appointments and completed experiences.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the dealership professionally.

• Strong phone and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and maintains good attendance.
• Team-oriented and proactive.
• Previous automotive or dealership experience preferred.
