We are looking for experienced advisors (bonuses) and non-experienced candidates. You don’t have to be an experienced advisor to join us as long as you are: Entrepreneurial and results driven. Well-connected and trusted in your community. A natural coach or guide with strong interpersonal skills. Motivated by helping others confidently build their financial futures. Qualifications Strong natural community of friends, family, professionals. Dynamic sales professional and connector of people. Strong understanding business processes. Excellent interpersonal skills. Resources and support Paid licensing and coaching to obtain Life, health, & annuity, SIE, Series 7, Series 66. Diverse network of support roles to assist you, the financial advisor. Responsibilities Prospect and connect your community into client meetings with highly reputable fiduciary financial planners to build your business practice.
