Job Description: Peaceful Day Spa is seeking a dedicated and licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about bodywork, skilled in multiple massage modalities, and committed to creating a calming, restorative experience for each client. Responsibilities: Perform professional massage therapy sessions, including Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty treatments such as hot stone, sports, neuromuscular or trigger point therapy. Maintain accurate client records and uphold all sanitation and safety standards. Recommend appropriate home care or add-on treatments to enhance client results. Foster long‑term relationships through exceptional service and client satisfaction. Qualifications: Current state license or certification in Massage Therapy. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional, reliable, punctual, and passionate about wellness. Experience in spa or therapeutic environments preferred. Compensation & Schedule: 30% commission on all services performed. 20% commission on retail product sales. Bi-monthly pay schedule (1st and 15th of each month). Flexible scheduling options available.
