Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting daily production goals in a safe, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with machinery. Responsibilities include:

• Operating manufacturing equipment according to production specifications and work instructions.
• Setting up, monitoring, and making basic adjustments to machines to ensure efficient operation.
• Performing routine quality inspections and verifying products meet company standards.
• Troubleshooting minor machine issues and communicating larger concerns to maintenance or supervisors.
• Loading raw materials and removing finished products from production equipment.
• Reading and following blueprints, work orders, and production documentation.
• Recording production data and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Keeping equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Working closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet daily production goals.
• Following all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Assisting with additional manufacturing duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn new equipment and processes.
• Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, or reading blueprints is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
