Everything we build is manufactured right here in our Rosemount facility.The RoleThis is a First Shift position we're looking for mechanically-minded people who want to build a career in advanced manufacturing. If you're good with your hands, enjoy figuring out how things work, and want to learn real skills that matter, this is a great opportunity.You'll be building the machines that automate production lines around the world. We'll train you, no prior manufacturing experience required, just a willingness to learn and a mechanical aptitude.What You'll DoAssemble industrial packaging machines using hand and power toolsRead technical drawings and specs to build machines correctlyPerform initial testing to ensure machines meet specifications before shippingWork alongside experienced technicians and engineers who'll teach you the tradeTake on additional tasks and responsibilities as you develop your skillsWhat We're Looking ForMechanically inclined, you've taken things apart, fixed stuff, or worked with toolsAble to read and follow instructionsReliable and detail-oriented (our machines have to work perfectly)Willing to learn new skills and take on more responsibility over timeNo degree required, we care about your attitude and aptitude, not credentialsNo prior experience needed, we will provide all training for the job.What You Get$22-28/hour depending on experience, with regular performance-based raisesMonday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm (no weekends, consistent schedule)Overtime available if you want it (but never required)Health insurance, paid holidays, and PTOCompany DescriptionWe design and manufacture high-speed pouch feeding systems for major brands in cosmetics, food, and pharmaceuticals.
