Title: Information Security Engineer
Position type: Full Time - Contract

Location: Charlotte North Carolina (Hybrid-3 days onsite and 2 days Remote)

Information Security Engineer , You will:

• Design, develop, conduct, and evaluate cybersecurity exercises to test and enhance incident response capabilities.
• Provide strategic guidance on incident management protocols, tools, and resilience strategies.
• Partner with internal teams and industry boards/committees to share lessons learned and strengthen resilience.
• Lead complex initiatives with broad impact, identify strategic investments, and influence executive?level decision making.
• Develop and manage training curriculum, professional development programs, and performance metrics for cybersecurity personnel.
• Evaluate and improve processes, articulate risks/issues, and propose innovative solutions to address emerging threats.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Information Security experience in disciplines such as monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, forensics, penetration testing, business continuity, or threat intelligence.
• Experience in Cyber Resilience experience.

• Experience in Incident Management Systems and Incident Response Tools.
• Experience in creating and leading assessment exercises.
• knowledge of threat analysis, risk assessment, and security frameworks/standards.
• Experience in SIEM products and managing complex security scenarios.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range: $50/hr to $55/hr
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
