SUPERVISORY LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Duties
You will serve as the acknowledged expert for logistics support related to the assigned aircraft or engine and acts as a representative of the NAVAL Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) PSM/APML for matters relating to acquisition, sustainment and logistics.
You will lead to ensure fleet aircraft/engine safety and readiness goals are fully supported while minimizing total aircraft/engine operating costs.
You will communicate precisely; both in the written and spoken word and develop sound relationships between all stakeholders within the fleet, Program Manager Air (PMA), and FST community.
You will coordinate program support issues between the APML, Integrated Program Team (IPT) Leader and FST Lead
You will identify aircraft/engine ILS program planning and execution problems
You will review acquisition planning and procurement documents to ensure integration of systems command policies, procedures, contract provisions and contract data requirements for ILS and related programs.
