Shift Manager

Notice: This position is within a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the sole employer and responsible for all employment decisions. McDonald’s USA has no involvement. Shift Manager Responsibilities Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers. A Shift Manager provides leadership to the crew and other managers during a shift, maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness. Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including: planning each shift, monitoring performance, enforcing McDonald’s standards, ensuring safety, security, and profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a smooth transition, and helping assigned departments meet their goals. Food Safety Internal Communication Inventory Management Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness Managing Crew Quality Food Production Exceptional Customer Service Safety and Security Scheduling Training Qualifications Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Candidates must be 18 years or older. Positive team players with a flexible schedule and a passion for a fast‑paced environment are sought.
