You run them!Gibian LLC is seeking a proven Traveling Superintendent who is built for complexity, leads without hesitation, and takes ownership of delivering commercial projects on time, on budget, and done right. If you are the type who steps onto a jobsite and instantly knows what needs to move, this role was made with you in mind. This is not a behind-the-desk position. You will be boots on the ground, calling the shots across a portfolio of commercial construction projects stretching up and down the East Coast from New York to North Carolina. No two projects are the same. No two days are the same. And you will have the authority, the backing, and the resources to handle whatever comes at you.What the Role Looks Like:You will manage day-to-day field operations across active commercial projects, keeping timelines locked in, budgets in check, and quality standards non-negotiable. You will coordinate and direct subcontractors, act as the primary point of contact for owners and clients on the ground, and get ahead of problems before they turn into delays.What We Bring to the Table:Gibian LLC picks up all travel and lodging costs for any project requiring more than a 1.5-hour commute, so your focus stays on the work and off the logistics.
