$127,000 - $300,000+

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized financial strategies that align with clients' goals and aspirations

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and transparency in all interactions

• Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to identify clients' needs and opportunities for growth

• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice

• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and share best practices

• Utilize advanced planning tools and CRM systems to streamline client management and communication

• Educate clients on a range of financial products, including insurance, investments, and retirement plans, to empower informed decision-making

Qualifications:

Desired

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as finance, accounting, or economics
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in the financial services industry
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of risk management and investment strategies

Nice-to-haves:

• CFP certification
• Knowledge and proficiency in the use of CRM software and financial data analysis tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Proficiency in MS Office
