As a Security Officer - Driver Route in Buckeye, AZ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, and help support a secure environment through visible presence and professional communication. This is a driving post, offering the opportunity to combine customer service with access management while working as part of an agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points at the location, verify identification and/or credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access to production, warehouse, and/or restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Document visitor activity, deliveries, and/or access-related incidents with accurate reports and logs in support of site policies and security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
