Our culture is rooted in values like earning customers for life, improving constantly, and taking ownership of results.At Lithia & Driveway, you'll find:Real opportunities for advancement across a national networkLeadership development and training through our internal learning programsA high-performance culture that recognizes and rewards resultsThe ability to influence store success and shape your teamWhat You'll DoService Staff Recruiting, Training and Development.Staff Department to optimize customer opportunities and productivity.Train service advisors daily using role-play, evaluation, checklists, and quizzes to ensure they are well versed in the service process.Ensure technical staff are properly trained and have the breadth of experience necessary to cover customer needs.Develop staff by setting and communicating performance/production expectations, monitoring performance, identifying and development needs, coaching and mentoring.Resolve customer requests, questions and concerns in a professional and prompt manner.Inspect repair orders daily for legibility, accuracy and legality.Ensure that all manufacturer policies and procedures are followed.Manage the administration, tracking and follow-up required to stay current on warranty, receivables and service contracts.Inspect and maintain the cleanliness, organization and appearance of all service areas following state and federal OSHA laws to ensure a professional, safe environment for customers and employees.Hold daily and monthly staff meetings as required covering key information.Serve as liaison between the store and Lithia Home Office Fixed Operations. Receive, communicate and hold staff accountable to policy and procedure requirements and updates.Complete service department reporting and month-end procedures.Other administrative duties as required.What You'll Bring2+ years of experience as a Service ManagerImport Experience preferredCDK Experience preferredAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.Total RewardsThis is a performance driven position eligible for short term and/on long term incentives as part of total compensation which includes commissions off Department net, Bonuses based on: Manufacture Approvability and Department Production (Flat Rate Hours Sold).The annual estimated range is $180,000 to $204,000Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
