Schuman Cheese is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR needs across a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Elgin, IL. You will partner with production, quality, maintenance, and admin teams to promote a safe, compliant, and productive workplace. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, leave administration, training, and HR systems.
