Goodwin Recruiting is seeking experienced talent professionals interested in expanding beyond internal recruiting into full-desk recruiting, client development, and business ownership.

You’ll learn to build your own client base, develop business, manage searches, recruit candidates, and create long-term relationships—all while leveraging Goodwin’s training, technology, tools, resources, and national brand.

This is a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity with commission-based compensation and requires the financial readiness and full-time focus necessary to build a new recruiting practice.
