Cashier (Fuddruckers)

Job Description The Cashier is responsible for greeting every guest that enters their Fuddruckers location. They are the first person the guest comes into contact with, therefore one of the most important positions in the restaurant. They set the tone for the entire dining experience. They must be professional, personable, mastered in menu knowledge, know the current promotions, and offer all of this to every guest without fail. They can be memorable times that add warmth and meaning to all of our lives. Requirements Previous experience is preferred, but is not required – we will train you! Must be at least 18 years of age. Must submit to a background check prior to starting any cash handling position and pass Luby’s Cashier Certification criteria. Must have good organizational skills. Previous experience working with a Point of Sale (POS) system is a plus. Open to varied work schedules and hours depending on the restaurant’s needs. Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 25 pounds. Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time. Must possess excellent customer service skills. Must be a team player.
