Residential Coordinator
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Residential Coordinator to support families in a community shelter setting. This role assists with daily site operations, resident engagement, meal distribution, documentation, and facilitating activities for families and children.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and support residents and visitors
- Assist with meal distribution and daily site operations
- Conduct resident check-ins and provide general support
- Facilitate workshops, activities, and life skills programming
- Complete data entry and documentation
- Monitor site safety and follow established procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members and residents
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in social services, shelters, or community programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with diverse populations in a respectful, non-judgmental manner
- Basic computer and data entry skills
Openings:
- Day Shift: Friday through Tuesday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Swing Shift: Friday through Tuesday 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM
ONSITE San Jose, CA 95125
Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
