Applicants for the Head of Microbiology position at the company's sterile manufacturing facility should hold a BS in a relevant discipline and have a minimum of 12 years' experience in pharmaceutical microbiology. Leadership experience within GMP-regulated manufacturing is essential, as is a strong background in sterile manufacturing and aseptic processing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting FDA inspections and audits, as well as expertise in environmental monitoring and sterility assurance.
