Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Infant Teacher to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will create a warm, caring, and developmentally appropriate environment where infants can grow emotionally, socially, and cognitively. Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive, individualized care to infants, including feeding, diapering, and soothing. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory and motor skill development. Foster a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Build positive and trusting relationships with infants and their families. Observe and document each child’s progress and communicate effectively with parents. Collaborate with other team members to maintain a high-quality program. Adhere to health, safety, and licensing guidelines. Qualifications: CDA (Child Development Associate) or higher education in Early Childhood Education preferred. Previous experience working with infants in a professional childcare setting.
