Benefit from hybrid work and competitive compensation packages.Job DescriptionAssociate, Financial Planning & Analysis OverviewThe Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis role focuses on strategic finance within the Credit investment strategies of the client.Collaborate with executive leadership and senior teams to drive financial planning and capital allocation frameworks.Support growth and profitability through advanced financial modeling and performance analysis.Contribute to strategic initiatives including mergers, acquisitions, and new product launches.Deliver insights and presentations for management and board-level discussions.Work within a dynamic, fast-growing investment platform with significant industry impact.Benefit from a hybrid work arrangement and comprehensive benefits package.Engage in a collaborative environment emphasizing teamwork, integrity, and respect.Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis Key Responsibilities & DutiesLead financial planning and analysis for Credit investment strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and dashboards to track performance metrics.Analyze revenue drivers, fee economics, and profitability across multi-entity structures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support pricing, funding, and strategic transactions.Synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.Contribute to firm-level strategic finance projects and enterprise forecasts.Drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytics processes through automation and system enhancements.Evaluate strategic initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and new product launches.Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field; MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred.3–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate strategy, or alternative asset management.Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and decision support for complex structures.Strong understanding of Credit investment strategies and capital structures.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with enterprise planning tools is a plus.Exceptional analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.Commitment to excellence, teamwork, stewardship, integrity, and respect.Hybrid work arrangement with competitive salary and bonus potential.
