This position plays a critical role in coordinating deliveries, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring customers receive their orders on time. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and communication are essential.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the timely shipment and receipt of materials, products, and supplies.Manage delivery documentation, including pick tickets, shipping records, and receiving paperwork.Monitor and track customer deliveries to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule.Develop and maintain shipping schedules to meet customer requirements and projected sales demands.Communicate regularly with sales and operations teams to verify project status, delivery timelines, and order fulfillment needs.Respond professionally to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and order-related questions.Maintain accurate records and documentation to support inventory, shipping, and receiving activities.Ensure incoming and outgoing materials are processed efficiently and in compliance with company procedures.Identify and communicate potential shipping delays or issues to appropriate team members to support timely resolution.Assist in maintaining an organized, safe, and productive work environment.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, warehousing, customer service, or administrative support preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Proficient with basic computer applications and data entry.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Why Join Us?As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you'll be a key contributor to our customer experience and operational success.
