Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Valid OT license in Virginia (or readiness to obtain)
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with students with autism or special needs is a plus

• Commitment for the entire school year

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students (autism caseload) in a supportive environment
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to implement IEP goals
• Develop and adjust therapy plans to address student needs, track progress, and maintain documentation accordingly
• Provide consultative and direct interventions in classroom and individual settings
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
