Role Description The Community Relations Specialist would serve Palm Beach, Broward or Martin County Florida. This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community partners, senior living communities, healthcare providers, and local organizations to increase awareness of Masterpiece Care’s services. Day‑to‑day activities include conducting community outreach, organizing and attending events, delivering presentations, and representing the organization at local meetings and networking opportunities. The Community Relations Specialist will collaborate with internal team members to identify community needs, share insights from the field, and support families by connecting them with appropriate services and resources. This role also involves tracking outreach efforts, maintaining contact databases, and contributing to basic communication materials that reflect Masterpiece Care’s mission and values. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Community Relations and Community Outreach to develop, maintain, and grow partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders. Candidates should possess skills in Community Engagement and Communication to effectively connect with families, community members, and professional partners in a clear, compassionate manner. Candidates should possess skills in Event Planning to coordinate educational events, workshops, and community activities that promote Masterpiece Care’s services. Experience working with older adults, families, or in senior care, healthcare, social services, or related fields is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to build trust‑based relationships across diverse communities are important. Organizational and time management skills, including accurate record‑keeping and follow‑up on outreach activities, are required. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for community events and meetings are preferred.
