Job Description Job Description Accounts Payable Clerk - Long-Term Temporary Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312 Pay Rate: $20-$25 per hour (DOE) Type: Long-term temporary Schedule: Full-time, fully onsite Overview: Seeking a reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to support a high-volume AP department on a long-term temporary basis. This role is fully onsite in Fort Lauderdale and ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced accounting environment. Responsibilities: Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and timely Perform data entry, invoice coding, and matching (PO and non-PO) Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries Assist with weekly check runs and payment processing Maintain organized AP files and documentation Support month-end close tasks related to accounts payable Work closely with accounting and internal departments to ensure accuracy and compliance Qualifications: 1+ years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a high-volume environment Strong data entry and attention to detail Familiarity with accounting systems and basic Excel Ability to work onsite full-time in Fort Lauderdale Dependable, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour Search managed by: Nikki Caudill Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
