Program AdministratorThe Program Administrator assists program managers in daily tasks including reporting of job status and other metrics and performs administrative support functions such as order-entry, document scanning and retention. Administrators interact with customers verbally and via e-mail to respond to inquiries and resolve disputes as needed, and communicate regularly with Program Managers and personnel in Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality to obtain and relay information regarding customer orders.Essential Functions To accomplish this job, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to help enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Communicates professionally and courteously to convey clear and concise information to customers and coworkers via telephone, email, and in-personManages daily/weekly updates to customer communication tools and status reports; creates and updates spreadsheets and/or ERP to reflect accurate part status, sales order, change orders, and other customer and order informationCollaborates with Program Managers or other leaders to review and approve purchase order changes affecting contractual schedulesEngages appropriate manufacturing personnel to ensure parts move efficiently through manufacturing operationsPerforms incidental duties as requiredRegular attendance on-site at the workplace is requiredRequired Education and Work ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredTwo or Four year degree in Business field preferredMinimum of three (3) years experience in customer service or similar is required; manufacturing industry experience preferredExperience in the aerospace manufacturing industry is preferredOther Required Skills & AbilitiesDemonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities to handle unexpected challenges and make decisions appropriatelyCommitment to maintaining confidentiality, securing customer documents and company records, and demonstrating integrity in communications and actionsSelf-management skills including efficiency, sense of urgency, ability to adapt and respond to unexpected circumstances, and ability to juggle multiple projects, competing priorities, and meet concurrent deadlinesProfessional verbal and written communication skills (English) are essentialProficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, WordERP experience is required; Infor Visual experience is preferredPhysical Demands and Work Environment The typical work environment is an office setting; occasionally the employee will be required to visit the manufacturing areas where they could be exposed to loud noises, fumes/odors, and hazards associated with moving equipment.The use of PPE, including hearing protection, eye and hand protection, and safety footwear may be required.We appreciate your interest in Accurus Aerospace; however, only those applicants selected for interviews will be contacted.
