Physical Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. This role involves patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy to help restore function and mobility.
Responsibilities:
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients effectively.
- Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
- Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians as required by practice regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with families to optimize patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, infection control measures, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT).
- Active state Physical Therapy license (or the ability to obtain one).
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
