As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them schedule services, answer questions, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience.

Compensation:

$45,000 – $60,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Educate customers about windshield repair services
• Assist customers with insurance claim information and required documentation
• Recommend additional services, including window tint, hail damage repair, headlight restoration, and mobile auto glass service
• Maintain accurate customer records 
• Provide excellent customer service
• Identify damage or vehicle needs
• Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care

Qualifications:

• No experience required—paid training provided
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and phones
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, dependable, and motivated to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license preferred
