Client Services and Marketing Administrator

Randstad is hiring a friendly, motivated Client Services & Marketing Administrator to join a top print and visual communications provider in West Palm Beach.

In this role, you will manage existing client relationships, support sales operations, answer customer inquiries, and recommend additional products to help clients grow their businesses. If you enjoy working with people, have computer skills, and like a fast-paced environment, this is a great fit for you! Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service.
• Solid computer skills (MS Office, CRM/database entry, email).
• Warm, outgoing personality with written and verbal communication.
• Natural ability to multitask, organize details, and recognize upselling opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Client Relations: Serve as the main contact for incoming client calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Sales Support & Upselling: Process orders, prepare quotes, and actively suggest product add-ons or upgrades.
• Account Management: Assist active customers with project updates and reach out to past clients to secure new business.
• Order Tracking: Enter project specs into the database and coordinate closely with the production team.
