Schedule:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week (4/10s days)

Qualifications:

• Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy required
• Demonstrated proficiency with advanced radiation therapy equipment and protocols
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer radiation therapy following physician instructions and individualized treatment plans
• Operate, adjust, and maintain radiation therapy equipment; manage computer data entry and dosage regulation
• Prepare and position patients, constructing immobilization devices as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians, radiation oncologists, and other specialists to design and deliver effective treatment protocols
• Maintain thorough patient and treatment records, ensuring documentation of dosages, settings, and patient responses
• Perform complex treatment modalities, including total body irradiation, stereotactic radiosurgery, and brachytherapy
• Ensure all safety and quality assurance standards are met per regulatory guidelines
• Mentor and instruct student radiation therapists during clinical rotations
