Learn more at as a Site Training Manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all new-hire training to include education of staff members and management trainees within the housekeeping department.Responsibilities:Responsible for the Weekly Minders and Safety Minders programsCustomizes training documentation forms as requiredPrepares a detailed outline of specific training programsPrepares monthly reports of training activity and statisticsDevelops and maintains film and resource library; translates materials into Spanish as neededLiaison with other Training Coordinators, Corporate HR and Training staff and hospital resourcesPrepares memory aids for staff; i.e., plasticized cards for MSDS, Mission, Race, etc.Oversees computer-based QA programCoordinates and compiles results of user satisfaction survey program and presents materials at Infection Control/QA meetings as assignedCollects supervision rounds forms and supervision team meeting minutes forms; compiles, reviews and presents to Department HeadQualifications:Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentationsHigh school/GED or equivalent requiredAt least one year of supervisory experience in housekeeping or high service related field required5+ years training experience preferredAbility to multi-task and establish prioritiesAbility to maintain organization in a changing environmentExhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadershipMust be proficient in the use of MS Office including but not limited to Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookAssociates at Crothall are offered many fantastic benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan, flexible time off, holiday time off, associate shopping program, health and wellness programs, discount marketplace, identity theft protection, pet insurance, commuter benefits, employee assistance program, flexible spending accounts, paid parental leave, personal leave.Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
