Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Travel: 10%

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join the care team at Loveland Center in Loveland, Colorado. The CNA will support participants with daily care needs, promote safety and well-being, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (IDT) to help deliver quality, participant-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist participants with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support participants with mobility, transfers, and other routine care needs.
• Monitor participants' condition and promptly report changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Promote participant safety, comfort, dignity, and independence.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Follow established infection prevention, safety, and organizational procedures.
• Communicate effectively with participants, families, and members of the care team.
• Assist with maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive day center environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Active CNA certification.
• Ability to provide compassionate, participant-centered care.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans, safety procedures, and organizational policies.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work the assigned weekday schedule.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
