Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.75 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, authorize access for employees, contractors, and/or guests, and help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting security‑related concerns and communicating relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, loading areas, parking areas, and other assigned locations, with working environments and conditions that may vary by site. Maintain accurate logs related to visitor activity, vehicle movement, deliveries, and/or other access control events while following post orders and security‑related procedures. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
